Tom Braddock is an “outside-the-box” leader committed to #LiftEveryLife by helping individuals break the cycle of mediocrity and realize their full potential. He is on a spirited mission to inspire millions of others to do the same! Tom currently serves as the building principal of Evergreen Avenue Elementary School in Woodbury, NJ. He has also served as a middle school assistant principal for Woodbury City Public Schools.

Prior to his move into administration, Tom began his career as a high school social studies teacher where he taught a transformative course called “Alternatives to Violence” at Rancocas Valley Regional High School in Mount Holly, NJ. The course became the #1 elective course in the school after the first year and the class was consistently full with 36 students each marking period. He became the youngest teacher of the year in the history of the Rancocas Valley Regional School District during the 2005-2006 school year. Tom Braddock is now a 15 year veteran educator who believes his best days are ahead of him.
